We made this tasty granola this week. This recipe makes plenty and can be stored in an airtight jar for a week or two.
You will need:
300g Porridge oats
Nuts or seeds (I used a small packet of Aldi trail mix)
2 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp honey
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees/Gas Mark 3
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Then spread out on two baking trays lined with foil. Place in the oven for about 20 mins, until golden.
Remove and allow to cool.
We served ours with greek yoghurt and blackberries and raspberries. Even my littlest one ate this with yoghurt and declared "Yum, it's crunchy" and he is super fussy! It would be equally delicious with other fruits of your choice or with milk.
